As Dilly explains, “The work EvenUp does feels very impactful. We’re shortening plaintiffs’ settlement times and ensuring they get fair compensation for everything they’ve gone through.”

Before joining EvenUp, Dilly was drawn to the company’s mission to improve the personal injury claim process for those navigating medical bills and life disruptions. A personal introduction to one of EvenUp’s founders solidified her interest.
“Within five minutes of meeting one of the founders [Saam Mashhad, I knew I wanted to work here,” she recalls. “The mission and energy behind the company were incredibly inspiring.”

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to see our teams iterate on early versions of a product and provide powerful feedback that improves user experiences,” Dilly says.
These efforts have driven foundational changes, enhanced product resilience, and de-risked new product rollouts.
Dilly describes EvenUp’s culture as energetic, inspiring, and humble. In an industry that leaves very little room for error, she loves how her colleagues strive to solve problems together, never leaving room for complacency.
“There’s a default sense of, ‘How do we figure this out together?’” she shares. “People here are hardworking, humble, and truly want to build something great.”

“It’s so cool to see people in real life and represent different teams,” she says.
