A minimum of 2,000 settlements in the past five years is needed to access Settlement Repository and our tailored valuation tools. We only support Settlement Repository ingestion for existing CMS integrations including Litify and SmartAdvocate.

How do I tailor my searches for settlement data?
Within the Settlement Repository™, use filters such as injury type, treatment received, policy limits, adjuster name, and case jurisdiction to narrow down to find the most on-point historical data.
How do I generate an estimate?
To generate an estimate, input case details such as injury type or case description repository’s search tool. The system will compare your case with similar historical settlements and generate an estimate based on the outcomes of comparable cases. The system will also identify the most similar prior settlements, including flagging the highest-value prior settlement that is similar to your search criteria.
How does EvenUp’s Piai™-powered database support settlements?
Piai™ is EvenUp’s proprietary AI model, trained on the most comprehensive dataset in personal injury law. Our Piai™-powered database analyzes historical settlement data across numerous relevancy and similarity criteria to provide benchmarks based on similar case qualities such as injuries, treatments, and case characteristics.
What is the Highest Value Similar Settlement widget?
For customers with Settlement Repository™, this widget will populate the most similar settled case of the highest value. The Highest Value Similar Settlement widget will only appear on the case view after a demand has been completed. Additionally, users can quickly access a pre-programmed Settlement Repository search for your case by clicking “View in Detail.” This will bring you to the underlying Settlement Repository search where you can see a similar case in more detail and further refine the search as needed.
