Executive Analytics™ provides benchmarking to compare your firm’s performance at state and national levels, automated weekly email digests to track metrics, visualization of team efficiency, and filterable reporting by time, role, or staff. There are five tabs that provide key firm insights:

Users can customize dashboard views, filters, and reporting timeframes to tailor insights to specific firm needs.

Data is updated every 24 hours, ensuring timely and actionable insights for firm performance. The platform tracks the average time taken before a demand is submitted, helping firms identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency to reduce operational costs.

Insights include benchmarking against state and national peers and across injury severity and treatment types. Executive Analytics™ provides these benchmarks across categories like treatment continuity, demand delays, and medical costs. With benchmarks and various data cuts, specific trends and areas for operational efficiency improvements can be identified more easily.

In the Executive Analytics™ dashboard, you can select specific metrics to track, such as request efficiency, treatment continuity, or missing documents, and adjust reporting periods and injury/treatment categories for better insights into your firm’s performance.

Use the filtering options available at the top of each tab in your dashboard. You can filter results by attorney or requester, timeframe, injury type, or treatment severity to analyze specific data sets.

EvenUp’s treatment velocity metrics track the average frequency of client treatments, providing visibility into whether clients are receiving appropriate care. This helps firms manage provider performance and ensure case readiness. Executive Analytics™ also includes tools to rate providers and assess their impact on case outcomes, enabling firms to make data-driven decisions about which providers to collaborate with.
