This Privacy Policy does not apply to our handling of personal information that we process as a service provider or processor on behalf of our business customers. Our processing of that personal information is governed by the agreements we have with our business customers.

• Email open/click information. We may use pixels in our email campaigns that allow us to collect your email and IP address as well as the date and time you open an email or click on any links in the email that we may send to you.

We use the following tools for automatic data collection:

• Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor‘s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, and helping us understand website user activity and patterns. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In some instances, your choices may be limited, such as where fulfilling your request would impair the rights of others, our ability to provide a service you have requested, or our ability to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our legal rights. Additionally, where we are processing your personal information as a service provider on behalf of a business customer and you have questions about our privacy practices or would like to exercise any rights with respect to your personal information, please contact the corresponding customer who is the controller of your personal information. There are a number of ways to limit online tracking, which we have summarized below. Note that these tools are not associated with us and we cannot guarantee that they work as their providers advertise them. In addition, note that these opt-out mechanisms may be specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised, requiring you to opt out on every browser and device that you use:

SMS/Text Messaging

We respect your privacy regarding your mobile information. We may use mobile phone numbers and related SMS information to enable SMS features, for internal testing, to deliver service-related messages (such as notifications), to provide updates on job applications and for marketing purposes.

We do not sell or share your mobile information (including your phone number) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Furthermore, your text messaging originator opt-in data and consent (including your phone number and the fact that you agreed to receive texts) will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary with service providers to deliver the messages on our behalf.

If you receive an SMS message from us and no longer wish to receive SMS communications, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to the message or by contacting us using the details below.

These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. Retention of Personal Information

Job Applicants

When you apply for one of our open positions, we collect the information that you provide in connection with your job application. This includes but is not limited to business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information that may be included in a resume or that you may provide during the interview process. This may also include demographic or diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We may also conduct background checks and receive related information. We also collect personal information from other sources where relevant for your application, such as employment research firms, recruiters, identity verification services, and information that you make publicly available on websites or social media platforms (for example, LinkedIn).

Throughout the recruitment process, we may supplement your personal information in connection with the assessment of your application. For example, we may record the views of those considering your application about your suitability for the role for which you have applied and retain interview notes. If you accept an offer from us, your personal information will be incorporated into and used as part of your employee record.
