Why We’re Excited About Going Back to RevCon

EvenUp attended RevCon last year without knowing quite what to expect. The notes we brought back weren’t the kind you usually get from a conference.

Most legal events run on inspiration: a keynote about the future, a panel that agrees with itself, a tote bag.

RevCon was closer to a teardown…in a good way! Morgan & Morgan walked through how they actually run: how they decide which cases get which attorneys, what deadlines they hold themselves to, how they roll out new technology without the whole staff quietly ignoring it. Specific enough that other firms could go home and improve something immediately.

That is why we’re excited to go back, and why we want to help firms optimize the same decisions.

What Made Last Year Work

Three things we loved about RevCon.

  1. The sessions are operational, not aspirational. Speakers talk about the systems behind their results, not just the results. Case routing, turnaround targets, what happens when someone misses one.
  2. Specialization was a consistent focus. Not as a branding idea, but as an operating decision with measurable effects on outcomes and speed.
  3. Technology adoption is treated as a people problem. The advice wasn’t about picking the right tool. It was about sitting with small groups, showing how something solves the work in front of them today, and letting early adopters carry it to everyone else. Anyone who has watched a promising tool die on the vine will recognize the pattern.

What’s New This Year

Dan Morgan is hosting RevCon 2026, and the format has been rebuilt around a single question: what does the operational anatomy of a record-breaking year actually look like?

The lineup runs 14 experts across marketing, management, technology, and litigation. One day, CLE-accredited, structured so the cross-functional pieces connect rather than sitting in separate tracks.

The stated goal is that you leave with AI-first strategies you can implement immediately, which matches what our team found most useful last year.
